There are often whirlwinds of emotions during the time when you’re trying to conceive: excitement, anxiety, exhaustion, hopelessness…all at once. Societal pressures and health histories add their own stresses to the equation, and you feel like a stranger to yourself.
I want to be here in a supportive role to find the right balance of talk-therapy and medication to help make this chapter of life easier and lighter.
Nursing/Lactation.
Whether you’re pregnant and concerned about medication during lactation, or currently dealing with anxiety/depression due to nursing complications, I am here to support you!
Contrary to past beliefs, there are many medications available that are perfectly healthy and safe to use while nursing. Together, we’ll create a healthy, sustainable plan for you to feel your best during this part of parenthood!
Postpartum.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or even disassociated, you’re not alone. Our bodies experience so many changes during and after pregnancy; hormones alone change dramatically, and can leave you feeling like a stranger in your own body.
No matter what you’re experiencing in this postpartum chapter, I am ready to help you devise a plan to feel healthy and in control of your life.
